MatWorkz started teaching Pilates before most people in central Florida knew what it was! They have a great knowledgeable staff and the new location looks like something you would find in New York City. They offer group classes where I get to use the tower, circles,springs, barrels, bands, weights, ball, and their variety always keeps me challenged. I love this place!
Cons: Not open on weekends.
