I am inspired today to write a review of Quantum Martial Arts (formerly Martial Arts in the Public Interest) due to my experience in class last night.
Pros: Great people, work at your own pace, no long term contracts
Cons: Not really a con to many, but you will be challenged to be more than you thought you could.
