Went to 112 recently with my wife for my birthday. Made the reservation in advance for 7:30 and was promptly seated upon arrival by a friendly hostess. Sat down and our waiter came over to take our order for drinks. Drinks were served along with a plate of olives and seasoned almonds which were very good. The waiter was pretty knowledgeable of the menu and answered our questions with detail. We then placed our order and nothing happened for a long time. Another table that was seated after us received a basket of bread and we had to ask for it. The waiter came and servied my wife more wine, spilled on the table, and didn't even bother to clean it up. My wife dropped her knife on the floor when our waiter was walking by and he didn't even offer her a new knife - we had to request one from the bus boy/food runner (by the way, this younger gentleman was probably the nicest server in entire place).
