Four Star Reality Company provides the worst service to it's customers and unfortunately their target market is College Students whose parents pay their rent without question. I have been associated with Four Star for two years and I have hated every day of it. Amanda Gresiak was our property manager who would avoid us when we had questions about absurd charges every month. All of my friends who had to deal with four star have absolutely hated it as well. If anything breaks in your house and you ask four star to fix it, it can take up to a month. When asked to do walk-throughs, Four Star refuses to set up appointments and avoids their customers. Over $9000 has been practically stolen from me and my roommates from two years of security deposits that should have been given back but instead were taken for a total of 2 hours of cleaning and painting. NEVER SIGN A LEASE WITH FOUR STAR. They are corrupt and will take advantage of you in any way possible.
