The photographer was rude and not cooperative. The traditional poses that the family wanted were blurry or washed out. The videographer was not very professionally dressed and his assisant was smoking and drinking more than filming. We paid to have a montage made to show at the reception and they didn't bring it with them. It has been over nine months since our wedding and we don't have either our album or our video. Over all this was a bad experience.
