Horrible customer service 8/6/2008

We have had brush and wood from rebuilding our deck in our front yard for over two months now. We have scheduled pickups on six different occasions with no success in ever getting anyone out to the house. This is a service that we pay for monthly that is supposed to be provided to us and I've seen the truck drive by our house look at the debris in the front yard and drive on by. The city came by and left a citation on our door concerning the mess and our relationship with the neighbors is strained now because they cant follow through with the simple task of picking up our trash. They changed their pickup policy without sending out a notice telling anyone they were doing so. They schedule times to pick up debris and never show. You wait an hour on the phone when making a complaint or need to talk to customer service. Bad business ethic, horrible company. Good luck to anyone who has to deal with them. Pros: There are none! Cons: Everything about this company. more
