I've used this store for many years. Great service always could be expected. I discovered to my total disappointment the fantastic people to deal with who have been there many years, all gone. I had a $60,000 business transaction requiring a fast shipment and the kid at the counter was clueless, a disheartening proposition with a service industry where your business is on the line. He had no clear explanation of the availability of a pre 10am delivery option, no idea how to get pricing, in short a very huge blunder for a shipping outlet.
