The power supply blew out on my TV after a power surge. I have an older Phillips tube set that weighs a ton. They came to the house, diagnosed the problem, took the set to the shop for repair and returned the set in less than a week. About a week later there seemed to be a picture alignment issue. They came out again, reset the picture with the remote control. I could have done it myself if I had known how. No charge. I could not recommend the service more highly. Communication over the phone was spotty depending on who answered the phone. But the repair work was top notch.
