I would not recommend Eyemasters to my worst enemy. I went in to order my glasses. There was one person working (during back-to-school). She did not take the customers in the order in which they arrived, instead taking them according to who made the most complaints. When she finally got to me, she told me my glasses would be ready in 2 weeks. I am still waiting for my glasses. I went in on the date my glasses were promised, and yet again only one person was working. She was also rude and not at all helpful. Shes then proceeded to tell me she'd call me back to let me know when my glasses would be in. I am still waiting for the call. I will never ever bring my business back to Eyemasters.

Cons: poor service, long waiting time for product (1 hr promise is a joke)
