Choosing BigMouths as our wedding DJ, Photographer and Videographer was worst thing we could have done for our wedding. We thought we were getting an all inclusive package, but they kept adding fees like if you want pictures before the wedding that will be another $100....and during the reception the video guy told me that if I wanted the video edited then I would have to pay him $300. And we have yet to see that video or any pictures...other than the ones they put on their website. Also, they have sold pictured and videos to our families and friends and cashed their checks and never sent them anything. We are going to have to seek legal help to get our wedding memories...DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING..not to mention they haven't answered their phone in weeks and their voice mail box is full...Horrible service and poor business practices...
Pros: Took lots of pictures.
Cons: We dressed sloppy and were overbearing. And dissappeared after demanding being paid in cash.
