I purchased six dining room chairs from BECKS in Rancho Cordova on 8-28-08. I wanted leather chairs and the salesperson represented to me that the chairs were leather. When I got home I looked closely at the receipt (which was hard to read) and discovered that the chairs were in fact vinyl. My husband returned them to Becks the following day unopened and still in their original boxes. He was told by Tina in Customer Service that there would be a 10% restocking fee. He called me and I spoke to Tina on the phone and explained to her that their salesperson had misrepresented to me that the chairs were leather and I didn't believe we should be charged a restocking fee. She couldn't have been more rude and just kept saying over and over that that was their policy. I will never step foot in a Becks store again and recommend that you don't either. Tina in Customer Service was rude and unprofessional and if she worked for me she would be fired.
