terrible! first the woman who sets up the initial service had an attitude when i called she spoke to me like she really didn't want to be answering calls she acted like i was bothering her when asking her about the services they offered. . she then told me she wouldn't know exactly when the maids would be coming thats great for me i have nothing better to dothan wait for some maids between an 8-hour window
during the cleaning process i observed their work first hand. first these women moved any slower they would going backwards . they also to about 25 min just to go back and forth from there car to get their supplies. these girls didn't want to work and did the least amount of work with the least effort possible so this is the break down 3 girls 3 and half hours 1 and a half bathrooms done 1 and a half rooms of windows done and kitchen counter wiped. ..when my wife got home and she checked around the house she was extremely angry it looked exactly the same as when she left. se demanded i complain i kind of really didn't want them back in my house the girls weren't phillys finest. they didn't even look like maids they more looked like inner-city girls on some kind of work release program. we later on hired an brazilian woman who in 3 hours washed dishes cleaned both bathrooms mopped hard wood floors living room dining room mopped marble floor wiped kitchen counter took dishes from upstairs to downstairs to be washed dusted 3 rooms wiped all tables and charged 80 dollars we payed executive maid over 300. i chose executive maids online and like allot of online site sometimes you have to try them and you take a loss . would highly recommend staying away from this service. if you could see my wife's face when i even say the words executive maids. i know its hard to find a good cleaning service but what ever you do stay away from exec maids
