Decent facilities. Some turnout pastures and a few arenas. Lots of repairs needed. The board prices are inexpensive but require owners to provide all of the care to their horses. The politics are a whole 'nother story.

Cons: Ineffective leadership, Drama and gossip, lack of regulating horse care and health, rules are changed to suit the wants of those in charge
