Jerry is a wonderful doctor, I've been seeing him for 15+ years. 3 children later I'm still a loyal client. We've had several people in our family use both Nick and Jerry as their doctors. He's AWESOME!\r

HOWEVER, the Fullerton office staff have much to be desired. According to them they are under staffed and over worked. They don't return phone calls unless you get cranky. You are not important enough to get your appointments scheduled unless you are bleeding out. Just being in pain is not sufficient to be deemed important by the office staff. This is not the way business use to run. All clients use to be important.
