In response to the women that is complaining that the telephone service is poor but still Toyota has already agreed to not charge her for $5000 of extra repairs, I believe her comment is very self centered and that Toyota has been more then fair to her. Basically her comment is quite unreasonable and in the future she should go elsewhere to pay thousands of dollars more to less trustworthy dealers. My experience has been nothing but top notch service and I never have been left on hold for more then a few minutes, or unsatisfied with their repairs.
Pros: Service department honest, speedy, shows quality without return problems
Cons: Will not wash car unless you make a special request.
