Very unsatisfactory and unfair. Charged a "minimum" upfront to refill a propane tank. Yard man was rude and would not say anything. He didn't, and wouldn't, fill the tank to full, which resulted in us being charged double the per gallon price. The clerk would not consider our complaint, and refused to fill the tank full or refund the unused "minimum." Understand they have several unanswered complaints with the BBB. Will NEVER return for ANYTHING!
