I had a really bad experience with bringing my new 3 month old puppy there. She needed her puppy shots and I did not request anyone in particular. I ended up getting this girl who did not know the first thing about giving shots. My puppy did not like to sit still on the table and the girl did not try to make her feel at home like other vets there do. She was so frustrated with my puppy moving around, she made the comment "I'm not sure how I am going to do this". What?! You are supposed to know how to give a simple shot. Not all dogs sit super still. How the hell did she get the job if she can't do simple things like give a shot? So, she struggled then never pierced my pup's skin and instead squirted the shot all over her neck. I knew something was wrong when my pup did not cry. I also knew it was strange for her to have tons of smelly liquid all over her neck like that. I called when I got home to complain that the shot never went in.
