I have been using them for a year and found only one doctor that I liked - Dr. Decker. The rest are hit and miss depending on who you get. In addition, you can't ask for who you like all the time or the receptionists get very snippy. All of the desk staff is unprofessionsal, rude and downright uninformed. I have never been to a facility that had such poor service and a total lack of respect for customers. I tried several different doctors and stayed there to see if it was just "me" or a few of the staff but that is not the case. They will not make time for sick appts. either, they ALWAYS refer you to the emergency clinic regardless of whether or not it's needed. STAY AWAY.
