The office staff are friendly...I don't get the feeling that I am taking up their time like I have in some Dr.'s offices. Dr. Ross himself is upbeat, knowledgable and really makes me feel that he wants to do what is right for me and my eye health, not just increase my bill. He explains things in a way I can understand without making me feel like he is having to 'dumb it down' so I'll get it. I really feel like he is on my good health ""team"". I will and have recommended him to everyone I know! Kudos to Dr. Ross and his staff!
Pros: He starts early enough that I can go before work.
Cons: the sunglasses they give after dilation are ugly and fall off easy. :)
