After reading the post above, I didn't think they were talking about the same store, Windsor is amazing. The staff was really knowledgeable, helpful and they gave me a deal (I even compared prices with other stores) on both items that I bought. \r

While I was being helped the staff offered to clean my rings and told me that it was a common service (yes for free). I will never hunt for another local jeweler. \r
