As a full time builder and property manager for the past 16 yrs I have worked with many different subcontractors in many different cities. Manwill Heating and Air Conditioning stands out--even five years later--as one of the worst. \r

Manwill was hired to install a Trane air conditioning system in a beautiful turn of the century house that I restored in the Avenues neighborhood in Salt Lake City. Because of the area and the value of the home I was willing to pay the extra $$$ for a Trane system--generally considered as one of the top brands in HVAC.\r

From the get go I got the feeling that these guys did not have much of a clue what they were doing. Of the many mistakes and sloppy workmanship they perpetrated, here are a few of the most egregious:\r
