I have found Burl Wood's office to be very knowledgeable and helpful in handling setting up new coverage and in submitting claims. They have gone out of their way to explain things so that I don't find out later that I had inadequate coverage or had purchased coverage I didn't need. My experience with other agents is that they simply want to sell you a policy. Burl's office seems genuinely interested in making sure you have the right coverage.\r

I've been with State Farm for over 18 years. EVERY claim i've had has been handled as quickly and easily as I could possibly imagine. I've been with several different agents and it seems that Burl's office goes above and beyond the efforts of other agents.\r

I couldn't help but notice that the 3 negative reviewers have only one review on their profile and their reviews occur in the same time period. Looks suspicious to me. Probably your typical drive-by internet coward. Rather than discuss a concern they have with a business they'd rather hide behind the internet and torch them from the anonymity of their keyboard.\r
