My daughter was married on 7/13/08 in Florida. Fontana shipped her gown. While it arrived on time, the box was damaged, which I don't blame on Fontana, but the dress was not protected from moving around in the box. It needed to be steamed by the hotel. My daughter paid $450.00 for alterations. When we put the dress on before the wedding I noticed that the bow and train had not been sewn correctly and we had to tack the back of her dress. We also found two straight pins in the front inside of the dress which had not been removed. I took the dress back to Fontana over a week ago and they were supposed to call my daughter to pick up the dress and they still have not called. Will not go back there and will not recommend. more
