The gimmick, I guess, is the waterfront location, which is pretty...but not pretty enough to compensate for the mediocre-at-best food, paper plates and plasticware, and excessive prices. My clam chowder was oily, fried foods were soggy and limp. Try the Weathervane on Dover Point instead, or anything in downtown Portsmouth.
