Dr.Lehr took care of my wife after her initial diagnosis of an Internal Malignant Melanoma some 8 years ago, in 2001. My wife was a nurse, so was quite familiar with medical procedures. She liked Dr. Lehr very much and especially enjoyed the acupuncture to help relieve pain. \r

Within a month after my wife died, i developed severe pains in all my muscles and joints. I went to Dr. Lehr and she diagnosed me with Fibromyalgia, but recommended that I see a Rheumatologist. She set this up and the diagnosis was changed to Rheumatoid Arthritis. I have continued to visit the practice for a variety of follow-up procedures and have been pleased with her recommendations. I have only minor pain and little or no swelling. I would recommend her highly to anyone who is looking for a capable Physician.
Pros: Office easily accessible right north of the former South Square Mall. My physician has privileges at Duke Hospital which is well known in the area.
Cons: 17 miles from home., but worth the drive.
