I've taken yoga classes for years and I'm in my 60's. Sashi, the yoga instructor, makes fixing the body his priority and accomplishes this by breaking down the parts of yoga poses in to units that gradually improve functioning. There is a logical flow to the class and a very different emphasis on breathing, especially, that I feel is very helpful. I go twice a week and try not to miss his class.
Pros: Peaceful, friendly, non competitive atmosphere.
Cons: Space is small.
