My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at the Old Warsaw on Saturday night. I would say it was okay but if you love great food and expect top notch service, the Old Warsaw is not a fabulous experience. Maybe the people who gave this restaurant good reviews came on a week night or on a slow weekend. The place was packed, the tables are crammed together and the temperature in the room was stuffy. Our waiter was clueless as to how to treat a first time guest, I'm not sure he spoke much English. Our salad had all of the makings to be great but arrived warm, the sorbet tasted freezer burned and the wine recommendation was less than impressive for $70 a bottle. We have been to many of the top restaurants in Dallas and this is not one that I would ever request again. If you are looking for a fabulous experience... keep looking!!! Dallas has many fabulous choices.
