I took my Lexus in for an oil change and a summer special (coolant, etc) - I was very happy that they pointed out a few minor things with the car and told me just to ""be aware"", and didn't pressure me into unnecessary repairs (but now I can plan for these in the near future). Everyone was very friendly and knowledgable. They have a nice, clean waiting area as well as some outside seating on a nice Saturday morning. My special (on Citysearch) gave me a FREE car wash with my service and they even drove it to the carwash & delivered it back to me Clean & shiny! WOW, now that's purrfect service in my book. It's nice to have a ""neighborhood"" mechanic that knows your car and the history and I'm happy to have this new auto place (1 stop shop) here in Laguna Niguel.
