I have been to both Hair M and Fada. I have nothing negative to say about either, but I left both of them to go to Propaganda. I have only had experience with Joseph Morris for Cutting/Styling and Content for Coloring. I can't rave enough about them. Joseph has been open and receptive to new ideas and has more than enough brilliant technical skill to add layers to it and really make it stand out. (Don't use my picture to judge him; I have to have conservative haircuts for work) Content can do some of the coolest, most unique colorings and styling's I've seen, but also do some beautiful and elegant work (to hide the grey dontchaknow.) \r
Their prices are great, and most of my friends go to them and their hair is way more beautiful than mine. So 5 screaming Super-Silky-Sexy-Goodness-Haired stars of Hottie-Goodness for Propaganda Hair Salon.\r
