Most everyone at my work, the s.t. coffee shop on the close corner, goes to Propaganda and only Propaganda for haircuts. People, especially women (though they do a great job on the dudes as well), are constantly asking where we get our hair done. Everyone at the salon is super friendly and accommodating. Scott is very patient and always fixes my ""drunk, accidental self-cuts"" with minimal loss of length. He is also great for two other reasons (among many): 1. he pays attention; once you have been going to him for a while he gets to know your personality and pulls off the cut that really is you. 2. you can talk or not talk. No pressure for conversation. I haven't gone anywhere else for 6 years. Thanks guys and gals!
