I have been a loyal customer ever since the store opened in January 2006 and never once felt the need to complain until recently. The last month has been unbearable. The baristas that I had looked forward to chatting with are all gone and have been replaced with unpleasant and hard to find people. The tables are dirty and the food not only taste old but is an eye sore as well. What really put me over the edge was when I inquired about a former employee and was told by the manager that she had decided to ""raise the bar."" What?!?! Are you kidding me?!? \r

It really is a shame to see what has happened.
