We used Wake Forest Portrait Shoppe for our wedding. We loved working with them in advance and the engagement and bridal pictures were great. The photographers were at the wedding all day and were super friendly and easy to work with. We enjoyed them being part of the day. The quality of the photography is excellent.\r

However, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Orders were not filled correctly (i.e. paid for photos that we didn't get, had to wait for them to be reordered), promises not kept regarding call backs or when photos would be available. We got our engagement shot that was supposed to be in the newspaper AFTER the wedding. We were giving some family members bridal and engagement shots for gifts at the wedding but because of the ordering problem, we didn't have enough as we had planned and didn't get them until about a month after the wedding. We had to constantly follow up to get the order corrected and follow up as to its whereabouts. Very disappointing. \r

Two months after the wedding, we still haven't seen any proofs or received any calls when we were told they would be ready about a month after. Again, we've had to take the initiative to find out what is going on with our pictures while friends who got married two weeks after we did had their proofs to view on line in 30 days. Through the whole experience, on average, it has taken four emails and two phone calls to get one call back. \r

So, all in all, we have found this process very frustrating as we spent more on the pictures than anything else for our wedding; at the end, that's all you've got from the big event. We bought the premium (read most expensive) package and have not felt like our service has been premium since our credit card was swiped. \r

There are plenty of photographers around so shop carefully!!!
