I was going to this salon for a haircut and color. The staff were pretty friendly and the atmosphere was nice. I first met with my "master" colorist, Jonathan, who asked one or two questions and didn't have the greatest social interaction. He didn't smile and he looked a bit rushed. He brought out some hair color samples to help me better choose a color, which at the time I appreciated. After mixing the color, he was working it through my hair when it ran out (my hair is thick and this always happens) so he said he would be right back with more. He did come back rather quickly, but instead of finishing the job he had me go and sit at the shampoo chair and the shampoo girl finished applying the color!! I did not pay top dollar for a master colorist so the shampoo girl could finish the color job. I thought this was highly unprofessional and showed a sense of disregard. Jonathan never even came back over to me to be sure it was done correctly and he never checked back with me later to see how the color came out. Next, I met with my stylist, Amanda, who was very friendly and professional and she gave me a great cut. At the salon, my cut & color looked pretty good (bad lighting I guess) as the next night after I showered I noticed that there were tons of spots missing color and it looked like someone dumped red kool-aid on my hair. The color wasn't even around my hair Iine. I was so disappointed and I haven't worn my hair down since getting it done. This experience would have been okay if it wasn't for Jonathan. His color job was horrible and it made Amanda's cut look less than great. I would NOT reccomend going to this salon if your getting color done and they tell you that Jonathan is doing it.
Pros: Atmosphere and they offer free hand massages
Cons: Jonathan and parking
