We had been to this place before. My husband liked it so I made reservations for his birthday. My folks arrived 6:15, before we did. Our reservations were at 6:30. We walked into the restaurant at 6:30 sharp. \r Instead of seating us, they seated people without reservations. The teenage hostesses claimed that we were late. We had to wait another 30 minutes. Then, instead of seating us at a table with chairs, they tried to seat us on a floor/benchseat. I was 8 MONTHS Pregnant at the time!!! My father hurt his knee trying to get in & out of the booth. We spoke to the owner who refused to do anything at all. He wanted us to wait another HOUR before being seated in a booth. \r I'll never go back there. That was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.\r Past experience: The food is mediocre for the price.
