We live nearby and visited this restaurant in the morning (about 9AM) while on a walk with our small dog. We asked the host if we could have a breakfast on the terrace. She confirmed that the dog was not a problem and invited us to walk around two corners to approach the terrace from the outside. After arriving at the terrace we found that no tables were set for breakfast and ALL doors leading to the restaurant were closed. We waited for a while then realized this was the sign that we were not welcome and left. This used to be a nice neighborhood with friendly people. Not anymore.
