This restaurant is trying to be the #1 Chinese seafood buffet in the country and they are well on their way. The only better I have been to is on Market street in San Francisco. It is not that the food tasted any better in San Francisco... but it was presented better with some dishes being served in giant seashells and a well polished and uniformed staff both in front and behind the house. Lunch is an great value at $8.95 but dinner has snow crab, blue crab, crawfish, and a heavenly tasting catfish in a buttery ginger brine that takes one's imagination to far away lands, all for only $13.95. Southerners be aware that the iced tea here leaves a great deal to be desired at this point in their evolution.
