Our representative, Mike, was a pleasure to work with. He was there for us and very helpful in answering our questions. The photographers were very professional and they stayed pretty close to schedule times. No high pressure selling and very pleasant to work with. We got our proof book and finished directories before the scheduled dates. Loved the fact that staff got pocket directories and several from the congregation decided to purchase one for their use. We decided on the Community Builder layout and 81/2x11 size book. This company has good ideas to make the whole process easy.
