Awful customer service. hikerchick slammed the nail on the head. After we purchased our grill from Franklin Fireplace, the store pulled a 180 in it's treatment of us. We contacted them post-sale because our new grill, which they assembled had problems. The employees were extremey rude over the phone when discussing the issue, and constantly belittled my wife. We received nothing but contradictions, excuses and the run around from FFP and its staff. We eventually went over their head to the manufacturer and through another retailer to get the problem solved. Pros: ummm????.....Pricing is competitive Cons: You get what you pay for!!!
