This place is in dire need of training. From their employees in Shreveport, to the so called employees in Little Rock. We went and signed up in the office on University, after talking to ""josh"" at the call center. We were told by Josh that we should ""ask"" for him when we got to the office to sign up. He wasn't there, 2 hours after the phone call exactly when we told him that we would be getting to the office. We called him and he advised that the ""big boss"" wouldn't let him leave the call center to come to the University office that day. Fast forward to 4 days later when we try to use the call in service. The calls go to Shreveport, LA and Josh is THERE. No wonder his boss wouldn't let him ""leave the call center"" to be there for a face to face as he had made it seem. That would be quite a trip to meet with a customer, especially in a 2 hour window.
