While MAP has some decent properties in the area, you'll need more than good luck to keep them in good condition. MAP's maintenance requests often go nowhere. Laurie, the president of the company, is great to work with and very professional, but attempting to deal with anyone other than her is often a futile effort. I'll gladly post a more detailed review after we get our security deposit back.
