Sandals ordered online had broken strap on arrival. Box had a previous address, so I think they'd already been sent and rejected by someone else. Phone call to a courteous staff member, advised return, which we did within 24 hrs. No action since then. No return of money/credit. Don't do it, they're a rip-off
