The guy was rude. I can understand his refusal of towing us the first time as we were too far off a paved road. BUT, when my car was pulled to the paved road and he was called again, he refused to return to tow us. This is totally unacceptable service. This guy should NOT be on the AAA recommended list. Rude and unresonable. I would aviod!
