I'm glad the last reviewer had a better experience than I did. As I've now read, the sales staff is very lacking. I came in Friday (7/11/08) and was helped by the only female sales person there. She did a great job, but there were a couple of sales people who were at best very, very unprofessional. The one guy who seems to be getting a lot of notoriety for his lack of professionalism was I guess in his usual form. He was both belligerent and arrogant. I saw him going through people like nothing but numbers, being very rude to those who took more of his time than what he felt they should or ones that balked at his prices, which were often for the little time I was there. Even his coworkers seemed to be annoyed with him. Its not my style to point out the negative in people, but I 'd recommend reading through one of the other reviews and avoiding that sales person. He definitely lives up to his horrible reputation.
