I went in the get a back fill and it took the girl 2 1/2 hours to give me the worst manicure ever. The colors didn't match. Every nails was uneven, lumpy, and had bubbles in it and she cut or file burned almost every finger. The white of the nail was too far up and made my fingers look stubby. My nails looked like dog toe nails. I could have given myself a better manicure. The next day when I called back to get a refund and have the nails removed, they refused to give me a refund because the manager doesn't have the 'authority' and the supervisor who does have the authority was out of town for the next week. I told her I didn't want the same girl to remove them because that would be really awkward and she insisted I go to the same girl. Overall, the service was completely sub-standard. Press on nails look more natural then this. Now, my fingers are going to hurt because the only way to fix it is to just remove them.
Pros: The girl who did my nails was a really sweet and I felt bad that she wasn't very good
