They would not take a reservation order for a truck and he was very rude on the phone. They do first in, first out on your move date, so you're trusting blind luck that you will get a truck. I will never do business with this UHaul location.
I called another UHaul at 1-805-658-4137, which is on the same street, and they had no problems taking a phone reservation.
In fact, I called Goleta Movers and they will take care of the total move, with movers and truck, for $230, so I went with them instead.
Cons: Rude and lacks ability to satisfy customer requirements.
