My young kitten developed a blood clot, resulting in him being unable to use his back legs. We took him here for treatment and observation. Upon hearing a very potentially grim prognosis (we would know within 48 hours), I decided to get a second opinion. When I informed Dr. Renee (personally) that I would like his meds and him for a second opinion, she became VERY unprofessional, snippish, and hung up on me. I will NEVER go there again and will encourage all other cat owners I know to do the same.
