We had this door company fix our spring. Off course it happened in the winter and we needed it repaired quickly. They offered 24 hour emergency repairs. The repair was done quickly for a reasonable price. However about a 8 months later our drive motor broke. We had another repair company come our and they said that the springs were the wrong part and probably caused the motor to fail.
