I bought a big package here last year. Several times, I would tan and wouldn't get any color because they had old bulbs in the beds. Each time, I would complain and ask them to have the manager or owner call me. Why should I pay $10 a tan...especially if I don't get one!! Not once did I receive a call from anyone about my situation. It was the worst customer service!! I would have thought they would have cared about my business since I purchased such a large package. I spent hundreds of dollars there and they couldnt take the time to return ONE call. It became so bad that it WAS A WASTE for me to go there anymore so I left without even finishing my package. Why should I waste my time if they don't change their bulbs and I'm NOT going to get tan?\r

If you want a good tan, go ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!

Cons: They have WEAK BULBS - you wont get tan here!
