My battery went dead and I had to get AAA to jump me. I called the store about the warrenty and how late they were open. The warrenty was good but the shop was closing in 15 minutes and my jump had not yet arrived. The manager on duty said to call when they arrived and he waited for me and put in a new battery quickly. Now that is service!
