My wife and I had a hamster who got sick and we took her to Dr. John. He took plenty of time to answer our questions and appeared to really care about our hamster Isabelle. He was very nice and did everything he could to help her. He also made sure we called him every two days to check on the status and update treatment if needed. \r

Even with all his help our hamster still passed away. It appeared as if she had wet-tail which kills many hamster. She went out fighting though and continued to eat and drink until her last moments. She eventually passed in her sleep. Dr. John still did everything he could and you could tell by his voice he really was here to help. We could have not asked for a better vet. Thanks to him we were able to have some time with Isabelle where she may have passed earlier. Thank You Dr. John for all your help and work. I know Isabelle is grateful for what you did.
